What we collect and why

What you type into the enquiry form (your name, your email address, the batch size and what you wrote) plus, if you have an account, the recipes and readings you save.

Legal basis and sharing

Nobody. We are the vendor: Ellul Solutions Ltd runs Mashzo, and enquiries are not passed to any other company, sold, or used to build a mailing list.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@mashzo.com. We respond within one month.
