# Mashzo

> Mashzo publishes three free brewing calculators and the answer pages that explain the readings behind them: alcohol by volume worked by HMRC's factor method rather than the 131.25 shortcut, priming sugar from the CO2 a beer already holds at its finishing temperature, and strike water, sparge volume and brewhouse efficiency for a grain bill. Every constant is named and sourced. It sells a subscription that keeps a brewer's recipes and readings; it sells no ingredients or kit.
